Lucas Mudrey
Lucas is co-founder of Paracle Realty LLC. His passion for real estate dates back to his childhood when he would accompany his dad on scouting trips to locate the next potential investment property acquisition. Just a chip off the old block, Lucas began building his own investment property portfolio. Maximizing an incredible return, Luke wanted to help other investors realize the same type of success. After receiving a BA degree in communications, Lucas attended law school and began his legal career. Using his diverse background, Lucas is able to provide innovative solutions in a variety of different settings.
Luke believes fostering honest, genuine relationships is an essential component of a customer-centric real estate firm. Understanding the client's needs, wants, and desires is Luke's top priority. For Lucas, it's not the "deal" that's most important - it is the relationship.
In his free time, Mr. Mudrey enjoys running, working out, reading the Bible, traveling, and spending time with his family. Lucas, his wife, and four children live in Fort Mill, SC where they are actively involved in the community. Luke is prepared to use the platform of Paracle Realty to "preserve legacies while fostering deep relationships".
